Shipping
info

How much is US shipping?
US Post office priority mail shipping is included free to US destinations.
When will my item ship out?
In general, in-stock items ship out the same day if I have a pickup scheduled for that day & it hasn't already occurred. Less common items are built to order & usually ship out in the next day or two.
US Status
We ship from the Boston area & US Priority Mail seems to be shipping West Coast packages by air, but East coast by truck. This results in West Coast orders mostly arriving in the promised 2-3 day timeframe, but closer destinations oddly arriving slower via truck. This seems to be here to stay.
Overnight shipping or UPS/Fedex
Overnight shipping is available, although not always the same day depending on scheduling. Regular UPS/Fedex are also options. Please email for a price quote, and include your zip code.
International Status
Int'l customers seem to prefer US post office, so that's what I use. UPS is available as an option, but I had one customer get hit with a $40 "customs brokerage" charge out of the blue, and UPS is probably 2 to 3 times as expensive as US post office.

Australia seems to now allow priority mail as well as express mail as options. Not sure about New Zealand. Email me your address if you are in New Zealand and I can check.

Check info on your individual country at the USPS website Int'l service disruptions

I do not mark shipments as a "Gift". This is illegal. Import duties are imposed & collected by your government, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In view of extensive Chinese copying of US products, I do not ship to China/Hong Kong/Taiwan.
