Q) Do you keep stock or make items to order?

A) Lately I have switched to making virtually everything to order.

Q) What intercom systems are your products designed for?

A) All products are designed for & tested on a clear-com(tm) setup. Clearcom(tm) is far & away the market leader. Will they work for compatible? They should, presuming they are truly compatible. That's an issue you will have to discuss with that manufacturer. Obviously I cannot be responsible if they are telling fairy tales.
Only 3 products, the 2 intercom interfaces & the USB Call Alert operate off the 3 pin party line & have to be used with a Clear-com(tm) setup.
Everything else operate off the 4 pin headset out, which appears to be very prolific in the industry. The "R**" company reverses the gender, so you'd need a turnaround.
The com pedal, com multi switch & com headset switch do NOT pass power for headsets with a condensor mic (still fairly rare).

Q) What about 5 pin?

A) I very rarely hear anybody talk about 5 pin. If you want a 5 pin version of a product I will consider it. I tried a 5 pin version of the headset splitter cable & nobody bought it.

Q) What about headsets with condensor mics?

A) I also very rarely hear anybody talk about headset with condensor mics. Someone asked & I did a ebay search to find a headset for testing & couldn't find a single one. There's like 2 brands that have one, and not enough users to support creating a new variation.

Q) What about radios?

A) The problem with radios is there is no one standard for connectors, there are 25+ different connectors. So whichever one I built for, it would be the wrong one. Also, there is no way to key the radio mic on.
If you used the Headset Mixer Pro & the radio had a standard audio output connector, you could plug it into your side mixer & hear it in your com headset.

Q) What handles your credit card processing?

A) Shopify handles all the shipping & emails in the transaction. I believe they use stripe for the credit card processing itself. Shopify has been wonderful so far.
