Using a com headset & In Ears
1) Hear com through headset & stage talkback mic/foh mix through the in ears
Advantages: Disadvantages:
Simple to implement Need cooperative FOH. Com in 1 ear, mix in the other.
2) Hear com & stage talkback mic/foh mix through in ears. Use com headset for mic only.
Advantages: Disadvantages:
Fairly simple to implement. Hear com & mix in both ears. Need cooperative FOH.

Using ONLY a com headset
3) Hear com & stage talkback mic/foh mix through your com headset w/ the Headset Mixer Pro & your own mixer
Advantages: Disadvantages:
Use familiar com headset Need cooperative FOH. Need small mixer.

4) Hear com & audio sources through In Ears. Talk on dynamic headset microphone. (Add a phantom power supply to use headsets with condensor mics)
